Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Staff are invited to develop their faith to a deeper level so as they can be witnesses to the faith for students and families.
We offer many opportunities for staff to develop their own knowledge of the Catholic faith through professional learning, including:
- Dedicated staff prayer (weekly)
- Staff spirituality day (annually)
- Opportunities for adult faith formation through the Parish – Alpha program
- Opportunities for pilgrimages, social justice activities and retreats coordinated by SCS are made available to all staff
